Wayne Greatrix property services are a building and renovations company based in West Cornwall. Penzance.
We offer a complete building service to all homes across Cornwall and The West Midlands. We cover all aspects of building work, renovations, and holiday home maintenance including new builds, barn conversions, extensions, kitchens and bathroom projects, refurbishments and tiling.
All trades such as block laying, plastering, carpentry, roofing, tiling, painting and decorating are carried out in-house.
With over 25 years experience in building and project management, you can be confident you're in safe hands.
